If your question is how to make
Import DFF files using Blender
Select all in Edit mode
Go to Vertex Paint
Set the color value to 0.5
(You can try changing this value to find the one you think is best I think 0.5 is the best)
Set vertex colors in Paint
In the Export object on the right
deselect Export normals and deselect enable lighting and deselect night vertex colors
Then export the DFF file
