Mileena is known for her Tarkatan teeth, which are sharp, fanged teeth from the Tarkatan race, a defining physical trait that sets her apart from her twin Kitana, often hidden by a mask but revealed during combat or transformation, especially prominent in newer timelines where she's infected with the Tarkat disease rather than being a pure clone.
