Описание
Squall Leonheart from Final Fantasy VIII but the model is rigged from the PSP, Dissidia Final Fantasy I think.
The skin was originally uploaded to the "Jun Mods Collection" site, but the links to that entire site are down, at least the ones for the other Final Fantasy skins and weapons. However, I was able to save this one. It's kinda funny because I didn't recovered the skin from its original site, but from this video lol: https://youtu.be/i1wu103wfkE?si=zEm--C0hm-BVLcXS
So I'm re-uploading just the Squall skin here for anyone who likes it. Enjoy.
Original site where the skin was, circa 2014: https://junextr3me.wordpress.com/gta-san-andreas-final-fantasy-mod/

@Seth Gotoh to answer your question he can't do that because he is no modder he just go searching online mods on unknown sites or youtube and then post them under his name easy as that so he can't make anything at all and once found out he just edit the depiction hoping no one will find out.
