Do you mean that they get flat when she's driving a vehicle? If so, then the bug is with the game itself. You will also notice that the original game characters with breast physics are not assigned to driving vehicles. I haven't found a workaround for that yet.
Is the problem you're describing similar?

You always install breast physics. I wish more uploaders would do the same. Of all the DoA characters I've dealt with in GTA only one had B.P.
