@skatefilter5 I see the lack of Saints Row skins released to SA, I will try to cover up the emptiness, I found models of: Decker Specialist (but green light), Asian Female Morningstar member and Black female Morningstar members only on the site, you want me to do them? But remember I can't extract from SR3/4 due to them not being installed on my PC and I lack the scripts/tools required for extraction process, so models are limited.

Well I do have 32-bit PC too, but I don't know how to resize a model properly in 3DS Max unfortunately
And the model doesn't exist, neither the perfect bones
Every game has it's own set of bones, (example: GTA IV bones can't work with GTA SA bones)

Yeah I feel you, but if there was a model of Oleg out there it would be buggy as there is no bones suitable for Oleg's model so it'd be sized as a normal ped not as the brute size.

I couldn't find Oleg's model, but I think by the Kinzie blue model the super homie one? I couldn't find it too

I will make them, they're on the list to do them, alongside with Kinzie's outfits (Gat out of Hell, Presidential suit and 80-90s version the one with poodle skirt) and I believe the STAG model will be in two colors (if I wouldn't be a lazy guy XD)
But I will try to do them, and the models I get them from the website P3DM.

So I've found the STAG Soldier model (includes 2 color variations, you want both?)
And I found 3 Kinzie models (Gat out of Hell one, Presidential outfit one and the Kinzie Simulation poodle skirt outfit one) you want them all?
Sadly I didn't find Oleg.
So you want All variations of Kinzie and the two color variations of STAG Soldiers?

Well the skins you told me about are hard to reach for me because I don't have the game (The Third and 4) installed on my HDD currently, but I get my models from P3DM, if I found the model you asked for I'll try to do it.
