This is a new, kind of Beach Club Safehouse. It comes with Cleo-scripts that add 4 parked boats, 2 cars and a safepoint.

This is a cool mod but what was up with the 3 palm trees sitting above the ground & in the air? I searched through one of your files and deleted 3 lines that read "trees" and when I went back into the game the 3 airborne trees were gone. Whew! Cause I really like this mod!

I followed the directions, but only the cars, the save disk, and the boats spawn..
