Change your GTA San Andreas Draw Distance.
I used GTA VxIV2SA in screenshot. Get it on : https://gtaforums.com/topic/854296-v2saxiv2sa/
This mod is taken from the old version of 2dfx Project. Maybe some people are looking for this mod.
I just uploaded it again.

if you have used the latest mod Project2DFX by ThirteenAG and TJGM, please don't use this mod or you will experience a severe bug. because this mod is included in the Project2DFX mod.
