So, basically, this will block the cheat memory of GTA SA. Whenever you try to become a noob then a message will appear a bit below from bottom on screen. Just try it and you'll knew everything!
[b] How to install [/b]: Just paste the CLEO folder in your Grand Theft Auto San Andreas directory.
[b] Requirements [/b]: Gta Sa crack 1.0 Hoodlum US and CLEO 4 or above!
[b] Credits[/b]: Husnain - For making it!

Best Mod Dude! :v but, when my friend typing the cheat (like hesoyam) so fast, the cheat is activated. so....
please fix this
