Darkside converted directly from Twisted Metal: Black. Both the model and the texture are original, taken directly from the game.
CAREFULLY READ THE "READ ME" INSTRUCTION FILES (AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH, BRAZILIAN PORTUGUESE AND SPANISH) TO CORRECTLY INSTALL THE MOD.
The vehicle cannot tow trailers or other towed units due to the high position of its hitch.
The lights work.
Originally, in Twisted Metal: Black, Darkside has two mounted machine guns which are usable. Obviously, in GTA San Andreas such weapons are not usable.
The vehicle's colors cannot be changed, as its texture is unique, being applied to the model in the same way as seen in Twisted Metal: Black.
Updates
Version 1.1 (July 14th, 2026): A serious bug that caused additional wheels to appear on the vehicle has been fixed.
Version 1.2 (July 15th, 2026): A bug that mirrored the vehicle's left wheels has been fixed.
