Truck have HQLM version, you can use, because vehfuncs features just not work for you. And about weight txd, if i make low-res textures, almost whole truck will looks very blurry. You can reduce weight yorself with magic txd, just rescale texture.

can you create version without vehfuncs and ivf. And txd - 8.14? its very large for this model
