Unfortunately, we have experienced a data loss because of a database failure. The problem has now been solved and a backup has been installed. But data has been lost from about 9 hours.

At the moment it is hosted on one physical server in a virtual environment. But this changes from time to time

@Alex, is gtainside.com hosted on one computer or it consists of many servers for load balancing nowadays? I'd assume the latter, since it's quite a big website.
