The M4 carbine is a 5.56×45mm NATO, gas-operated, magazine-fed, carbine developed in the United States during the 1980s. It is a shortened version of the M16A2 assault rifle.
Replaces the M4.

Installation:
Just extract the archive and place the files in
GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages\weapons.img

@VLODKOS Yes I am haha. Gotta wait for my GTA V mods to be updated so I can play the game again. Thanks for the suggestion. I've seen a lot of realistic icons so I thought they were more popular. I prefer the vanilla ones myself but I might try to make one myself.

I'd suggest using RollY's icons, they are much more vanilla friendly and overall looking very neat.
And it's kinda easy to redo some, if needed icon are not present here.
