Fixes the jagged edges of GTA IV. Works with every version of the game.
Just drag and drop these files into your GTA 4 Folder and that's it.
Takes no FPS (unless you have a potato pc)
Recommended to use with this mod for even better results (way smoother image)

If the mod doesn't work, make sure you have DXVK (Vulkan API) installed in your GTA IV copy.
