Icenhancer 3.0 A.VISION by NAVZAHED
*** This mod ONLY works on GTA IV patch 1.0.4.0 ***
This mod is my vision for GTA IV, it's something between realism and eye candy.
I will keep working on this mod and I will make improvements to it over time, so if you're interested in this mod, please revisit this page sometimes for updates.
thanks to DayL for sharing his knowledge and helping.
special thanks to icelaglace for his amazing icenhancer 3.0 and his help with this mod.
Changelog :
(V1.1)
-increased image contrast
-better lighting for all weathers and hours
-improved cloudy weather
-removed image noise
-tweaked vegetation color
-improved cloud coverage for drizzle and cloudy weather
-changed fog color at night
-more visible clouds at night for all weathers
(V1.2)
-reworked day time for extra sunny, sunny and sunny windy weathers
-tweaked streetlights color at night
-decreased image overall contrast

Wow I am very liked this mod but I have patch 1.0.7.0 and don't want to downgrade to 1.0.4.0 because of my mods are only compitable with 1.0.7.0
. I know ICEnhancer works better with patch 1.0.4.0 because of limits and changes in 1.0.7.0 but can you even so make this mod for patch 1.0.7.0

@navzahed I love the lighting,weathers and the look of your graphic mod but the thing is the glass reflection on cars looks fine and clean but the reflection on cars body looks blurry compare to the glass one's, i see the same thing in icenhancer 3.0 natural mod as well
