Описание
GTA3: Steelport is a modification that replaces the usual Liberty City with a completely new city - Steelport. The city was not exactly copied from its prototype from the computer game Saints Row 3, however, it is processing the original version into a more recognizable city for those interested in the US East Coast. In part, this version of the city was inspired by New York and, in particular, Manhattan.

I'm having problems with the installation. I even downloaded a new gta3 and the 1.1 patch but my game still crashes on the loading screen. Can you help me? Do i need modloader or something?
