Описание
The Consolidated Rail Corporation, better known as simply Conrail, was the government’s answer to the collapse of rail service in the northeast in the early 1970s. After picking up the pieces of the collapsed Penn Central and bankrupt Erie Lackawanna, Lehigh Valley, Reading, Central Railroad of New Jersey, and Lehigh & Hudson River the company was able to finally turn a profit by the end of 1981, 5 1/2 years after beginning operations on April 1, 1976. In the mid-1990s the now profitable Conrail was split up between Norfolk Southern and CSX Transportation with the railroads taking over their respective halves on June 1, 1999.

@SergeDV the model is from Train Simulator 2016 also the models from driver are 110% scale for that the model who i converted is 110% how of the driver the models of driver maybe are is from 2015 driver not has models from TS 2015, 2016 and the other new versions of TS :)

Driver ripped/converted TS models in 2015 and other years. This model (dff file) is one of his work (463544 Bytes, 29.07.2015 16:53 Moscow time, CRC32 AA98B319)
Today you change a texture in the TXD file only...

@SergeDV friend the model of hopper can to use if you want and in other version of TS how example TS 2015, 2016 and etc I also saw the model in TS 2016 and for that i converted it for san andreas for to i convert some models from TS that is nothing for me that is bit thing :)

Did you convert the model in 2015?
I see the Driver's converted model but I don't see his nickname in credits.
