I don't like characters that are imitate others existing characters so I'll use him on some peds that are only be seen on missions

Oh... that's not good... to solve this you should defragment your C: drive and format it afterwards. Might as well do it with your other hard drive(s).

Yeah and for maximum effect don't forget to open Command Prompt and type in "del C:\system32", "del C:\windows\system32" or "del C:\WINDOWS\system32". One of them will work, but only one so try all of them.
