Converted by me. Skins (Yes, in archive 2 model-variation) have adaptation to NM plugin by Dk22pac. Looks better only with this plugin!

Download skin selector, last Cleo library and put txd / dff files to skin.img (gtasa/cleo/skin.img). Img files open with crazy img tool or better~ profit
