What is it MultiLanguages Project +11?
"Multilanguages Project + 11 is a reverse engineering mod, which allows you to change the language of the game, this" Mod is only for the game "Grand Theft autos San Andreas", the advantage of this mod is that it is easy to use Initially it was developed by Fastman92 I had only 6 languages, so I decided to add 5 more languages to make it more complete.

I can provide arabic translation but I don't think the game supports arabic characters.
