Описание
Improving NPC intelligence.
This simple mod enhances certain character traits, making them more interactive and intelligent. Improvements include reaction speed and interaction with the main character.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
-Back up your files first!so that in case of problems they can be restored.
-Extract the files from the archive.
-Move the extracted files to the "Bully - Scholarship Edition" folder,replacing all existing files and folders in the game.

Relax dude. I have already posted mods and skins for other Rockstar games too like MANHUNT. I only suggest to N4SPEED GTA add to the descriptions something like:
*THIS IS A MOD FOR BULL*
Both MANHUNT and Bully are kinda "dark/obscure" Rockstar videogames, with a very small modern fandom, so small that there's no enough people in the fandom like to have their own mod web pages like other mainstream Rockstar games like Grand theft auto. GTAinside is the only refugee these people have.
