Carcer City Police (CCPD) 2000s Era Modpack

This mod is for the total conversion mod- GTA Carcer City. I decided to update some of the uniforms and vehicles available in the original mod as I personally found them to be outdated and unfitting.
The uniforms and vehicles are based on early 2000s Detroit Police Dept. uniforms and vehicles. (Since the mod is set in 2001)
I have changed the textures, the models belong to different creators and everyone has been credited accordingly.
