-Added new colors in underwater
-Added version for RenderHook

This new timecyc makes GTA SA more realistic in what is the default game like sky colors, lighting, etc. It will be updated from time to time

Este nuevo timecycle hace el GTASA mas realistas en lo que es el juego por defecto como colores del cielo ,iluminación etc .Se estará actualizando de vez en cuando

I think you changed Standard Setting from SA_DirectX 2.0 ( Timecyc.dat ) Into Vanilla
this Mod for Mid-PCs, Because All of Timecyc is Drops and Eat FPS-Frame
