better late than never.. download the mod and copy "[SA] Esrgan Characters Textures Upscaled 2.0" folder inside GTA San Andreas modloader folder and that's it but remember if you have another mod installed inside modloader folder which have the same names as this mods files then you need to increase the priority of this mods folder in modloader.ini

so I'm new to modding this game and I tried to instal this mod but the game crashed (probably coz I did it wrong)
