Pack has been completely re-done.
Optimised DXT1 texture compression, thanks to magic.txd
Previously I had used G.txd to generate mipmaps, which is outdated a bit.
Archive size is now 192.09mb - and 572mb after extraction.
All original SA textures, with mipmaps generated to them.
Increases visual graphics, and boosts performance.
Replace .txd files inside gta3.img.
Enjoy!

What a good work!
Before, I getting 10~15 fps in my game
After installing this, I getting 20~25 fps

@frankielownrg use latest version of winrar. I just tested again, and no errors found. Also decompressed fine.

@frankielownrg I successfully unpacked, try new version of winrar, or 7zip.
