this mod has cool hd icons
warning: this mod has txd files that change some textures
if you want to keep the vanilla textures only replace "hud.txd", "fronten2.txd" and "fonts.txd"
otherwise you can replace everything

@Jack_Met I won't be making the HD version from VC as it's not worth it since we have Definitive Edition mods coming out soon. I'll start working on those
