Project Overhaul is a complete set of replacements for GTA SA, giving the game a fresh and better look.
Project Overhaul comes with brand new effects, recreated from scratch and beautiful particles to further enhance the game which took over a year to finish, most of the effects use textures extracted from Just Cause 3 and GTA V, effects are also optimized for best experience on SA:MP; Project Overhaul also supports most of the modifications that need effectsPC.txd or particle.txd edited with its CUSTOM textures, including ShadowSaints's Anamorphic Lens Flares, besides all those, it also comes with a lot of great plugins!
Plugins include:
Re-created vehicles.txd
GTA V Turbocharger lag (backfire)
Custom skid textures
Two different raindrop variants with ImVehFt support (NFS & Default)
GTA IV vehicle fire
Custom ImVehFt textures
New HD Grass
Flying Butterflies
3D sound effects (Fog, Sandstrom, Storm, Snow, Rain)

I really like the mod but I am having a problem, how do I reduce the fire effects or straight up remove it. It makes me lag but wonderful mod non the less.

the flame looks very small if you burn something. afterfire at hydro really small (almost can't be seen), and nitrous effect not really good in my opinion. but except that its good.

@Xaos The lens flare is not IMFX, it's my private ENB. As for the car reflection, My Raindrop plugin + MMGE2 = that wet reflection
