Semi Realistic Ragdoll Configuration

This is only a config file for madleg's Ragdoll Bullet Physics,this make the ragdoll look like a mix from max payne 2 ragdolls for the gravity and a little bit realistic for the articulations or reactions obviously i didnt make them to stiff because that ruins the fun

you require the madleg's Ragdoll Bulelt Physics or use Jessica Natalia Modification that i use its to recommended it works on CJ
