ABOUT MOD:

This mod will unlock all the closed secret garages in GTA San Andreas Final Version.
These garages are actually only for robbery missions, such as Ryder mission in (Home Invasion).
However, these garages are only used during the mission itself; once the mission is complete, they will close again.
So what's the purpose of this mod? It doesn't seem very useful; the garages will open automatically when you approach them.
In this mod, if you want to put a vehicle in a secret garage, of course you can, but if you save the game, the car will be lost.
