Black Panther BETA for Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.
This Modification is still in BETA.
I will upload some fixes in case there are Bugs/Glitches that are yet to be found.
MOD REQUIRMENTS:
-CLEO 4
-IMG tool or Alci's Img editor

Ok found a bug this mod effect cj running. Cj runs fast as black panther that's not suppose to happen I guess.

@FrenzyKnuckles23 no worries now, everythings fine right now i can actually run the mod i just needed to add one file to models folders instead of modloader, my bad

@FrenzyKnuckles23 okay so i havent ried putting it in the models folder because i usually just go with the modloader drag and drop method but ill give it a try quickly and let you know, thanks for being so understand regarding my situation. Respect +

@FameJuice I can't find out what causes this problem, but try checking the panther.txd again if it's in the right place, in the 'txd' folder inside the models. I tried removing this txd and it's the only time it crashes when I open the character select menu.

well ive been making videos for quite some time the same with modding i have been modding since 06 but this mod LEGIT does not run on my computer it crasshed when i try to open the character select menu idk what it might be... and yes ALL files are in their respective folders
