one. This "Modern Interior" is more colorful
and more nice. I'm remove old Properties and
replace with new one.

OK, GUYS POST BELOW THE BUGS OR REQUIREMENTS, I GO MAKE VERSION 2, KITCHEN BEEN MAKED BUT I LOSE THE FILES AND MUST DO IT AGAIN.

Guys, old sofa and old proops is "under" the house and isn't deleted. REASON: missions is inside this house (cutscene) and when I delete old properties game should crash, but i don't want it. Why you wanna delete old sofas?
