You can not tune the vehicles unfortunately.
(even without knowing how CLEO works)

INSTALLATION:
- Copy the folder "Bennys" inside the folder "Modloader"
- Copy The files "III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster" in the folder "Raiz" of the SA
- Install the Files / Programs / from the folder_: "KRAKATOA"
