Yet another time for another Version of cENB! After few customization, and all of the needs are done, It's time to Open it and Share it to you guys. cENB V 4.0, Includes lots of Bug fix, and more Settings has been redone. The best cENB so far compared to V 3.0. What's new?
- Completely NEW Timecyc - Beautiful Night, Atmospheric Morning, and Foggy Evening
- Redone Reflection, the Chrome Power has been decreased, and the Reflection Power has been re-stabled.
- Now the Lens Flare are Customized. By Default It's Heavily Customized, so if you don't like it, Just replace it with one of the provided Lensflare in the folder (There's about 7 Lensflare to choose, From Sunny, to Dirty Lens, and more)
- There's 3 Different Particle in the Model Folder, You could choose one. How to enable it? Rename one of the Particle to particle.txd, I suggest you to NOT using the HD. Since It's really Big, and HQ. You might want to try the particleV _ low Resolution one by ThatsMe
- Now There's 4 ENB Palette to choose. Which one is your Style? You find it out. How to enable it in Game? Rename your Favourite, or your wished Palette to enbpalette.bmp and you're done.
- The Road Reflection has been forced to 1. Making it more visible and less buggy.
Q: How do I choose my Lens Flare?
A: Copy them to your imfx folder. Overwriting the Old files.
Q: How can I remove the old Palette to use another one?
A: Rename the palette to other name, and rename your Wished palette to enbpalette.bmp
Well, I put a Lot of work into this, So, Please leave any Comment, Suggestion, Review, and rate. It would be meant so much for me :)
NOTE:
- Project2DFX was used on the screenshot, I sugegst you to NOT install it, because it extend the draw distance, so It would probably lag your PC
- The Texture, vegetation, or Environment, that are shwon in the screenshot, are NOT INCLUDED
- Cars that are shown in the screenshot DOES NOT Included as well.

And, maybe you're meaning "ENB" with all of the file inside. I told you, "Lens flare" and Road Reflection" are not "ENB". ENB won't make any mistake, because It's only an enbseries.ini file, a d3d9.dll files, and an ENBPalette. If you're referering to the other plugin I provided inside, Then, You can't also complain it to me. Since I'm providing the Road Reflection and The Lensflare mod, not the one who Created it.

I didn't say that Your PC has a mistake with it? listen. I play it with my laptop, so on my PC, didn't find any mistake. It's all only a Timecyc mod and enbseries.ini file. You can install it wisely. Due to my Case i can't fit a dual slot graphics card and i need only single slot graphics card. My PC is Acer Aspire X AXC-605G-UW20 you can check it out. pls help me to find the best single slot graphics card

Hey bruh we have the same pc specs but my gta sa lags when i put the visual fx quality to high i think that's because of vegetation mod.
I have Intel Core i3-4160 @ 3.6 GHz Dual Core and 4 Threads (due to hyperthreading this acts like a quad core cpu) and Intel HD Graphics 4400 Desktop and 4 GB of Ram

It looks like he does have cleo 3 not cleo 4. My GTA SA was fully modded and it is bug free and crash free. it doesn't crash at all. it doesn't crash even i install many enb out there.

try downloading this mod fix by fastman92: memory1024 or memory512, memory2048. Note this depends on your pc ram. if you have 4GB then go for memory2048 you won't miss any textures! This is alot better than streamemfix.cs because that mod has a memory limit

@TomGT234 i already have streammemfix.cs but the textures are still bugged.....they dont disappear but they look like clay and keeps transforming and showing and disappearing parts nvm i will download it and test and tell u if anything happens
