This problem occurred at me I solved it in such a way that I resettled it GTA -t and till then not crack .
while I was not putting it in the manner -ot

hey when i replacing the .ide and .ipl and then i start gta sa its crash,WHY?

No problem with installing:
Put LAn.ide and LAw.IPL in datamapsLA
Open gta3.img, add 0101.dff and 0202.dff
Add roskilde.col
If you have already 3 added .col file, use Steve COL to merge them into file + add roskilde.col.
Then add e.g added.col to IMG archive.
This map is from Rally Chanpionship with ugly trees
