this is bosnian,not lithuanian,cause POLICIJA sppels on bosnian !!! And we have this van in bosnia,every police station have this van 100%,i'm sure !!! sorry for my bad ENGLISH :)

hey, you don't know anything, this is Bosnian police, because POLICE in Bosnian spells POLICIJA, and for permission,
wtf, what permission??? :S
where it says, this car is under protection, you must have permission :S
so don't talk stupid things...
