Author convert to San Andreas: stratumx
Author of adaptations and improvements: Funky
What's new:
- IVF 2.1.1 adaptation (lights, emergency lights, steering wheel)
- Vehfuncs adaptation (rotating parts, engine vibration, two county versions)
- New materials settings and more another changes and fixes
- Custom collision, shadow, chassis_vlo
- SA Plates and orignal SA Colors support
- Perfectly adapted for SkyGFX, ENB Series and without it
- Adapted for GFX Hack
Special thanks Mad_Driver for testing, HQLM version
Rush58 for testing, some textures

if you use any car spawner, you should have to be in country or desert zone (bone county) to see liverys or just searching car in this zones.

Damn, epic update! How did you manage to make different livery styles spawn in different areas? VehFuncs? -Brilliant Mod, even sirens on any car are possible without any limit adjuster.
Great stuff, good thinking, brilliant bronco. 10/10.
