Описание
In the Cutscenes files, you can found a weird model of the Police Car of Las Venturas,
this model is different, have a Env and haven't spec and neither colors.
the model was restored and and can be seen from the 5 stars.
if my english bad, sorry i'm from Argentina

i don't think you can add a new car, but add it with modloader. you can add/remove at any time.

Later I will try to make a video about this mod, but first I need to buy full version of Action.
