probably you didnt complete the download file or your RAR application is outdated or doesn't support my RAR file. I recommend using WinRAR as latest version. And ONE MORE THING, GTAInside Staffs doesn't upload BROKEN files here. SMH.

I changed my rating, it turns out that WinWar cannot open these kind of files for some reason I had to use 7Zip instead
