Install it manually in the desktop
First install a new game , then open (preset) folder
and select very low , low , medium or high folder . Then open one of them and copy and all files in the game folder. Open fix win 10 and copy and replace all the files in the game folder again (if you have win 10 , 8 , 8.1) .Then open (bouns for creat sreens) folder and copy and replace all files in the game folder again. At last go to Documents/GTA San Andreas user file and delete (gta_sa.set) file. Don't forget to install Celo 4 first.

I have 4GB ram with 4GB Nvidia graphics card too, my PC can handle most of the normal ENB mods perfectly without any fps drop, but it never able to run any high quality ENB like SA_DirectX 2.0, MMGE 2 or Renderhook etc.

because My ram is 2GB and I have Win 8.1 and my graphic card is 512 MB
