When you're creating your tuning mod parts for your cars, use these IDs:
From 15800 to 15899
To avoid incompatibilities. I anoted here: http://tuningmod.mixmods.com.br/p/ids.html

Thanks :) I loved.
But don't use simple names as "skirt.dff", "bumper_r1.dff" etc, or it will be incompatible with other parts, cars etc.
Tip: Use "elise_skirt.dff" or "l_elise_skirt.dff" etc.
