I can create skins , maps , cars , weapons , clothes ...
But i can't make cleo scripts

1. You can edit your upload , click on add new video and choose Enro's url , and you're done , you have the review for your mod , no need to enter to Enro's channel which include more than 14.000 vids
2. I will think about it ... I know how to convert cars but i have the same problem which is the time , that's why i wanted you to do this ...

Cuban style is also awesome , i suggest you retexture some hd cars with diablos and cuban style
