I put the Ghost Missing (no replacement) folder in modloader and set the priority above than other vehicles mod I have and searched for nearly 2 hours along with 6 stars wanted level but didn't find the ghost boat

The GTA 3 Ghost doesn't have machine gun cannons, though. It's not 100% a recolored Predator.
