There's a Project V so why not a Project IV?
Features:
-GTA IV Graphics
-GTA IV Colorcycle
-Improves Draw Distance
-Removes Oily Effects on Peds
-New Particles
-All Weathers Rebuild
-Supports All Versions
-Supports Lite and Original(1.08 & 2.00)
Cut timecyc.dat and colorcycle.dat to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data then paste it there. Import the textures to txd.txt uncompressed32bpp disabled camnorm.
