Don't modify the contents of the archive
Installation:
With OpenIV, place the car files in: x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Place the tuning files in: update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\patchday1ng\vehiclemods\tailgater_mods.rpf\

Установка:
С помощью OpenIV файлы машины заменить по адресу: x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
С помощью OpenIV файлы тюнинга заменить по адресу: update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\patchday1ng\vehiclemods\tailgater_mods.rpf\

@KeeJay13 yeah I know the functions of roof scoop in rallying it was meant to keep the dust out of the car, but it's also for engine cooling for rear engined car from what I've read. I don't know if it's true or not, I haven't tried that.
and yeah, this mod is 100% rice.

@DriftSullivan Nope. It doesn't work like that. Check most of racing Aston Martins (e.g. GT3 versions) or any rally car.
Just for your information, it's for aerodynamic purposes, not engine cooling.
