Fixed issues with controls not working in previous update.
Update v1.0.0.1:
Removed the "delete lines" commands that, in last version of OpenIV, was causing wrong line deletion in handling.dat.

This tool makes easy generate .oiv files to be used with OpenIV Package Installer to make easy install vehicles.

You need .NET Framework 4.5 installed :)
