Has Spring finally Sprung in Liberty City? It it perhaps Summer in your game? Would you like it to be?
Here's a V-Neck T-Shirt for Niko Bellic in various colors and a few graphics, (two contributed from JolyWonk!)
Should you desire, the textures are compatible with Trevor Philips' Uppr 000, if you want Niko to look... Unwashed. As well as GTAO's MP Male's original jbib 001 if you want wildly over-saturated colors. LOL!

@SuckerGnome Thank you so much!!! I actually have to revamp this a little to make it Shirtless Niko compliant now that i can almost reliably have near-seamless wrist seams.

This is definitely one of my new go-to mods when replaying this game it just looks so good on Niko!
I was wondering, could you make something similar for Luis?
All the other t-shirt mods for him that I've seen give him really skinny arms which don't really fit his body type.

@brian117 I included hand_004_r.wdr and its wtd, that's what contains the hands with the arms. you can rename them to your next available hands slot, which i assume is 002, and switch to them with a trainer the way you would switch to his fingerless gloves.

@BrynnaDaRosa. nikos arms (from the hand up until the sleeve) are still invisible for me, despite following the installation instructions
