Use OpenIV or SparkIV to replace the 2 ped files on the componentpeds.img.
- F_Y_SOCIALITE.WDD
AND
- F_Y_SOCIALITE.WTD
If you have a custom wft replace also the file:
- F_Y_SOCIALITE.WFT

I did what you told me in the note:

But it didn't replaced the model
What did I did wrong?
(I have GTAIV on Steam and I used OpenIV)
