Important info:
- To install this sound mod you will need SparkIV
- Don't forget to back up your files
Features of this mod:
- New realistic thunder sounds
- Increased bass for thunder rumbling
- Louder rain impact sounds on vehicles and objects (plastic trash bags, umbrellas)
Installation:
1. Open SparkIV
2. Search then select Sfx
Find it here in SparkIV: (Grand Theft Auto IV -> pc -> audio -> Sfx)
3. Search then open resident.rpf
4. Search then select the .ivaud you want to replace
Example: (RAIN.ivaud)
5. Click import and replace the .ivaud file
6. Click save then close SparkIV
Now you're finished and ready to play!

Hey bro, how are you?
I'm a small YouTuber from Brazil and I made a video of a "remaster" of GTA 4 with mods. I promised my subscribers that I would make an installer with the mods I used. I would like your permission to do so because I used your mod. I'm not making any money to do this I just want to make it easier for people who liked the end result. Your credit is already included in the video I created and will also be in the installer. Can I put it in the installer?

Sounds realistic, if you were in the mountains. (Too much reverb and echo, and sounds very much like Colorado.) But your in a big city. Might want to listen to thunderstorms in NYC or Chicago. (Plenty of videos.) Try not to use examples from LA. LA's buildings are spread out far and wide, and affect the sound differently than cities with a tightly compacted metro center, like NYC and Chicago.

If you're using OpenIV, remove the .Ivaud name, so it can work
