Dear Downloader!
This mod changes almost all the billboards and highway signs to the real and proper ones.
Please, don't be rude, I know, it is not perfect, it was quite long to make, and hard to modify.
As I know, no other 'almost complete' form of this mod is available. (I do mention Realizm mod, but that was
only a beginning.)
Please use the Spark program which is in this compression, and renew your files - as the directories show - if you want.
Normally:
Open with Spark one of the *.img-s in the .../pc/data/maps... folder, and just Import the appropriate (the image-file from
my uncompressed folder, then you can watch it if you want before saving it.
That's it.
If you like, you can make backup from the firs one, and of course, you should import these in the *.img files, not overwrite the *.img files.
The mod says thanks to the Real Area and Car name mod, and other mods are, can be found here:

Hi daekol! Thanks for reply! I also changed some LCPD to NYPD, seems good ingame, also changed the LCPD doors, some firestations and other community workers places signs too, to NY style in this mod! We can work together, if you want! - I have a small note for this, and a correction, but it is annoying for US people only, I think... Coney Island is Ward Island in game, and put Soho instead of Wall str. thats all, all the others are on the right place!
And... - thist took a lot time, yes... - I wanted to change all, but could not... couldnt access all files, but spoke to Spark creator, hopefully, the problem will be solved after some times.

Wow, it must have taken long time to do this. :P Im fixing all the lcpd buildings so it says "NYPD" instead. Its a hell of a work and i have'nt found all the files for that yet but im almost done. But good work on this. :)
