Описание
EFLC vehicles in GTA IV, vehicles will normally appear on the street, all vehicles have correct names and perspectives, and vehicle data exist independently. (some vehicles are not added, and the screenshot is only part of the vehicles.)
Update:
1.Adjusted the refresh probability of the vehicle and solved some text errors.
2.Fix vehicle sound error and no sound

Idk if this mod is broken from the beginning or just outdated. But i must say, it corrupted my game.
After several times of testing and resintaling GTA IV. I found this mod been the problem.
