Converted from the Nagasaki Pigeon GTA 5 patrol vehicle mod with the use of Zolika's tool and tutorial. De-badged and genericized to act as restoring the cut vehicle from TBoGT, reusing leftover data from the game files.

Credits:
- Insomniac Games - original model.
- Rockstar Games - various assets.
- GCT and Yannerrins - extracting and converting the model to an .obj format.
- AlexanderLB - high-quality livery assets.
